Common questions.
How quickly can you send workers?
For general labour, production and warehouse roles we can usually have screened workers on site within 24 to 48 hours. Certified forklift and reach-truck operators typically take two to five business days. Large orders of 15 or more workers are staged over a few days.
What does temporary staffing cost?
You are billed one hourly rate per worker that includes wages, WSIB, payroll taxes, vacation pay and our service fee. There are no set-up fees or minimum contracts. Request a quote and we will send a rate sheet for your roles the same day.
Are your workers covered by WSIB?
Yes. Every worker placed by Canadian Bridge Talent is on our payroll and covered under our WSIB account. We also provide health and safety awareness training before the first shift and work with your site on any job-specific orientation.
Can we hire a temporary worker permanently?
Absolutely — that is the point of our temp-to-hire service. After the agreed evaluation period you can bring the worker onto your own payroll under transparent conversion terms set out in your agreement.
Is the agency licensed in Ontario?
Yes. Ontario requires temporary help agencies and recruiters to hold a licence from the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development. Our licence number is displayed on this site and on every agreement, and you can verify it on the Ministry's public registry.
Do job seekers pay any fees?
Never. It is illegal in Ontario for an agency to charge a worker for finding them a job, and we never will. Registration, placement and onboarding are completely free for workers.

What we collect
When you apply for work, we collect the information in our application: your name and contact details, date of birth, status in Canada and work-eligibility documents, Social Insurance Number, availability, certifications, work history, references and emergency contact. When you request staff, we collect your name, company and business contact details. Our website does not use tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
We use this information to register you as a candidate, match you with client employers, verify your eligibility to work in Canada, run payroll and meet tax and WSIB obligations, contact your references, and respond to staffing requests. Your SIN is used only for payroll and government reporting.
Who we share it with
We share a candidate's name, skills and availability with client employers considering them for a placement. We share payroll information with the Canada Revenue Agency, WSIB and our payroll provider as required by law. We never sell personal information, and we do not share your SIN or identity documents with client employers.
How we protect it
Applications are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems available only to our recruiting and payroll staff. We keep candidate records for as long as needed to place you and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, then securely destroy them.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or withdraw the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting our head office. Withdrawing your application will end our ability to place you but will not affect any placement already made.
